If you are tired of setting goals and then feeling like a failure when you don’t achieve them then this is for you. This planner is a practical guide to creating bite-sized goals and tracking your progress.

A lot can happen in a year and that’s a lot of uncontrollable situations too. The whole point of this planner is to help you set goals that you can manage in a short span of time.

It’s easier to control small pieces of your main goal as opposed to tackling it all at once. With this planner, you will be able to achieve your goals more efficiently and reflect on how you can improve.

Bite-Size Goal Method

I created this goal planner because I was tired of setting goals at the beginning of the year, having it at the back of my head the whole year and feeling useless when the year is over. It’s like no matter how I tried, I just couldn’t stay motivated to focus on my goals throughout the whole year.

So I thought “What if my ‘year’ is only 3 months long?” Instantly, that felt more realistic to me! It’s so easy to work on a few goals for 3 months only. That’s how the ‘bite-size goal method’ came about.

The ‘bite-size goal method’ – setting small goals that can be upgraded after every quarter or season.

Example:
If your goal is to become vegan, here is how you set it up…

Q1 → read [name of book] and [name of book] about veganism
Q2 → have 3 meatless days a week
Q3 → 5 meatless days + only eat cheese and butter (slowly cutting off dairy)
Q4 → vegan diet (7 meatless days + 7 non-dairy days)

This template comes in a form of a link which means that it is not a downloadable product, you simply access it through your web browser or app.

In order for you to be able to use it, simply go back to the main page “Quarterly Goals | 2023”, click on the 3 dots you see at the top right corner and then click on ‘Duplicate page’. This will allow you to not only view the template but also edit it.
